Phantom Form is a dragon shout added by Wyrmstooth.
Usefulness[]
The shout can be used to create a phantom image of the player. Each word increases the distance the phantom can be summoned from the player and the duration.
The summoned phantom is useful as a decoy being immune to both weapons and magic. Conversely the phantom deals relatively miniscule damage to an opponent however it can pick up and use nearby weapons to increase the amount of damage it can deal.
Phantom Form is useful in crowd control by drawing mobs away from the player or by taking fire from heavy hitting ranged attacks.
